myAudi.com is your direct link to the world of Audi connect plus. You can access Audi connect plus services from anywhere using the myAudi app. Get real-time information via the myAudi app at any time and keep an eye on the fuel level, range, service appointments, alerts and much more. To download the myAudi app for vehicles with Audi connect plus, please go to the app store on your device.

Audi connect plus licence extensions

Audi customers enjoy a complimentary 3 year Audi connect plus licence (with compatible models). To continue to use Audi connect plus ongoing, a paid subscription is available via your myAudi account.

1. Audi connect plus Navigation & Infotainment services are provided through a SIM card permanently installed in the vehicle. The costs of calls and data connections are included in the price of the services. Audi connect plus services are valid for 10 years after vehicle delivery. Emergency call and Audi service request are valid for 10 years after vehicle delivery. If Audi connect plus services are based on services from third-party providers, permanent availability cannot be guaranteed as this is the responsibility of the third-party provider.
2. Audi connect plus Security & Assistance services are provided through a SIM card permanently installed in the vehicle. The costs of calls and data connections are included in the price of the services. The services provided by Audi are only available within the coverage of the mobile phone network. The services are generally provided for at least 10 years from vehicle delivery. The emergency call service is provided for up to 10 years from vehicle delivery.
