5 years of AudiCare Roadside Assistance comes as standard with every new Audi sold from January 2022. What your AudiCare Roadside Assistance covers:

Is your AudiCare Road Assistance about to expire? Service your vehicle at any authorised Audi dealership and receive up to 12¹ months Roadside Assistance at no extra cost².

SIRA (Service Initiated Roadside Assistance) is designed to ensure you enjoy complete peace of mind throughout the ownership of your vehicle, even if the unexpected happens along the way. To thank you for your loyalty, you will receive a SIRA policy for a period of up to 12¹ months at no extra cost if you complete a scheduled service at an authorised Audi dealership².

1. 24 months Audi Service Initiated Roadside Assistance membership for Audi e-tron models.
2. Available on eligible Audi vehicles that are at least 3 years old or 6 years old for e-tron models (from the original new car warranty start date) that have a scheduled service performed at an authorised Audi dealer and that are not the subject of, or have the benefit of, any other Audi roadside assistance membership.
3. The Audi Advantage Package includes a 2 year warranty⁵, 2 years of scheduled servicing⁶ and 2 year roadside assistance⁷. Terms and conditions apply. Full details of this package including the terms and conditions are detailed in the Audi Advantage Certificate. The Audi Advantage Package is only available for eligible Audi vehicles⁴
4. Eligible vehicles are vehicles which are not older than 8 years of age (from the date of first registration or delivery of the vehicle to the original retail customer in Australia, whichever comes first), have not travelled more than 120,000 kms, do not have an existing Audi Service Plan or manufacturer’s or extended warranty where the expiry date of that Audi Service Plan or that warranty occurs after the vehicle reaches 8 years of age (from the date of first registration or delivery of the vehicle to the original retail customer in Australia, whichever comes first), and have passed the 115 Point Inspection pre-check. Excludes e-tron models.
5. Added to the end of any existing manufacturer’s or extended warranty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits of this warranty is in addition to any other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to your eligible Audi vehicle.
6. Added to the end of any existing Audi Service Plan. Covers 2 scheduled services which must be carried out during a 2-year period (starting from the end of any existing Audi Service Plan) at the applicable scheduled service intervals as detailed in the Audi Advantage Certificate.
7. Roadside Assistance applies during the same period as the 2-year Audi Advantage warranty and can be combined with any existing Audi roadside policy.
